A taste of Piwnica Rajców

Tasting set of six beers, available at the time where I was here (December 2024). Piwnica Rajców is a craft brewery–restaurant tucked into the medieval cellars beneath Gdańsk’s historic Town Hall, just off the Long Market. Inside, vaulted brick ceilings and antique decor meet modern brewing equipment and self-pour beer walls. The menu blends Pomeranian classics—like żurek soup, pierogi and pork schnitzel—with locally sourced ingredients and house-made beers (from traditional lagers to seasonal experiments), all served in an intimate, centuries-old setting.
